Bob Dylan službeno će objaviti dosad rijetko dostupne live snimke nastale u davnim šezdesetima. Izdanje nazive “Live 1962 – 1966: Rare Performances From the Copyright Collections” kolekcija je Dylanovih izvedbi snimljenih uživo koje su ranije bile dostupne samo iznimno malom broju kolekcionara i stručnjaka iz glazbene branše.
Čast da objavi ove povijesne snimke pripala je izdavačkom odjelu Sony korporacije, a CD-set će u prodaji biti od 27. srpnja.
Ukupno 29 na 2 CD-a kompilacija je rariteta iz ranijih Sonyjevih kompilacija koje su kroz proteklih 50 godina, radi europskog zakona o zaštiti autorskih prava, bile dostupne samo u jako malim količinama.
Među glazbenim blagom koje će napokon biti i javno dostupno, nalazi se i duet s gotovo jednako legendarnom Joan Baez. Pjesma “When the Ship Comes In” snimljena je u Washington, kratko nakon što je Martin Luther King Jr. Održao povijesni “I Have a Dream” govor. Kolekcionarsko izdanje također sadržava verziju pjesme “One Too Many Mornings” snimljenu u Londonu za vrijeme emitiranja BBC-jeve emisije, ali i najraniju poznatu verziju hita “Blowin’ in the Wind”, snimljenu 1962. u njujorškom Gerde’s Folk Cityju.
Uključujući navedene pjesme, dvostruko CD izdanje “Bob Dylan, ‘Live 1962 – 1966: Rare Performances From The Copyright Collections” sadrži ukupno 29 pjesama. [Mixer.hr]
